September 2015-present: Global Head of the Demo Infrastructure (Sugar Labs) – Senior Director position
Lead a team responsible for SugarCRM's demo infrastructure: covers all the SugarCRM products offer (CRM, Marketing, Analytics, CTI, etc.), 500 users (Sales team + partners) across 70 countries, 2k demo instances. Achievements:

  • 1. Completely redesigned the demo infrastructure from concept to production leading to efficiency gains of 8 FTE saved (for a team of 24 Solution consultants).
  • 2. Responsible for continuous improvement, support and roadmap for this key sales tool.
  • 3. Responsible for build-out of innovative application showcase demos across industries in support of SugarCRM's sales strategy.
  • 4. As a technical lead and solution architect support key opportunities and other strategic initiatives across the globe.
  • 5. Ongoing support to our users through a self-service support desk.
